Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join a nationwide sales team, overseeing an assigned territory. You will proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals, develop a territory business plan, and influence prescribing decisions.

Candidates should have 2 years pharma or related sales experience, valid driver's license and ability to travel including overnights/weekends, and live within territory.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or business to business sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to targeted physicians and healthcare professionals in territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers in the territory to enhance loyalty and prescribing.
• Utilize defined selling model by obtaining maximum commitment from customers on every call to impact territory engagement results.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult, influence and tailor discussions with physicians.
