Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join a nationwide sales team within an assigned territory. You will promote client products to physicians, develop territory plans, and build strong relationships with key customers.

The role requires 2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or related fields, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel with potential overnights and weekends. Live within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel including overnights and weekends.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
• Documented history and proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory and develop a territory business plan.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance loyalty and brand awareness.
• Utilize selling model to maximize commitment from customers on every call.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult and influence customers.
• Customize discussions with physicians based on their needs.
