Job summary

IMI plc is seeking a Pharma Territory Manager to drive profitable growth across Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences markets. You will lead a network of representatives, develop growth strategies, and position IMI PBM as the preferred partner for customers, engineering firms, and industry stakeholders.

The role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of fluid-flow applications, and extensive travel (approximately 70%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of sales management experience in valve or related industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to grow sales and build distribution channels.
• Experience managing manufacturer representatives and channel partners.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plan and sales strategy to deliver revenue growth and market share.
• Coach and develop representative network to maximize sales performance.
• Maintain expert knowledge of IMI PBM products and competitor offerings in pharma and sanitary markets.
• Identify opportunities and grow business within pharmaceutical, life sciences and adjacent industries.
• Build relationships with end users, consultants, OEMs, contractors and channel partners.
• Lead product demonstrations, trainings, and customer presentations.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain high project conversion and closing rates.
• Manage territory expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
