IMI plc is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Mountain region (Colorado, Utah, Nebraska, Iowa, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana). You will grow sales of IMI Flow Design products, manage manufacturer representatives, and train customers with a consultative approach. The role requires up to 50% travel and strong relationship skills.

IMI offers a wide benefits package and a compensation range of $125k–$145k base plus a 30% bonus potential, aligned with market location and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing sales management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hydronic balancing valve and HVAC flow control is advantageous.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Promote, grow, and support sales and business development of IMI products in the Mountain region.
• Manage sales efforts of Manufacturer Representatives and develop relationships.
• Provide customized application, technical, and commercial training to reps and customers.
• Close sales on large and complex projects in assigned region.
• Develop regional training plans and ensure timely follow up with customers.
