IMI plc is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Mountain region (CO, UT, NE, IA, WY, ID, MT). The role focuses on promoting IMI Flow Design products, managing manufacturer representatives, and closing opportunities in a fast‑growing market.

You will train reps and customers, develop a strong value proposition, and deliver solutions on large, complex projects. Travel up to 50% is expected; annual compensation includes base salary and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or MBA; engineering degree preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing sales management experience.
• Knowledge of hydronic balancing valve and HVAC flow control.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales efforts of Manufacturer Representatives and develop/maintain relationships.
• Identify and close new opportunities with a strong value proposition.
• Provide customized training to reps and customers on IMI Flow Design products.
• Meet or exceed regional sales objectives.
• Maintain CRM data and provide monthly sales forecasts.
