Job summary

ImpactBio is hiring an Entry Level Territory Sales Representative for the Nashville Territory to launch Pivya®, an FDA-approved antibiotic, with full training and mentorship.

The role emphasizes a structured sales process, relationship building with healthcare staff, and high-field accountability, leading to a long-term career in pharmaceutical sales. Travel within territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals.
• Pharma experience not required; drive to learn welcomed.
• Coachability and willingness to follow a structured plan.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Apply training and coaching in the field consistently.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
