ImpactBio in Syracuse, NY is seeking an entry-level Territory Sales Representative to help launch Pivya®, an FDA-approved antibiotic, in the U.S. market.

No pharmaceutical experience is required; you’ll receive training, mentorship, and be part of a national product launch with Alembic Therapeutics. You will promote to healthcare providers, build relationships, and execute a structured sales plan while traveling within the territory.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics.
• Desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Proven work ethic and track record of success.
• Coachability and ability to apply feedback quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently within a defined sales plan.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Pharmaceutical experience not required; drive, attitude, and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Pivya to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
