ImpactBio in Nashville is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to launch Pivya with Alembic Therapeutics. No prior pharmaceutical sales experience is required; you will receive training, mentorship, and a proven sales model to build a long-term career in pharma.

You will promote Pivya to healthcare providers, follow a structured sales process, travel within your territory, and develop territory plans to hit sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics.
• Desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Strong work ethic and demonstrated track record of going above and beyond to succeed.
• Coachability—takes direction well and applies feedback quickly.
• High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within territory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Promote Pivya to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
