ImpactBio is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for the NYC Yonkers territory to support the Pivya launch with Alembic Therapeutics. No prior pharma sales required; candidates should be motivated, coachable, and eager to learn, with training and mentorship provided to build a long-term career in pharmaceutical sales.

This full-time role offers a competitive base salary plus incentives, travel within the territory, and a clear path for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B, Pharma, outside sales).
• Strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Proven work ethic and track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Coachability and ability to follow a defined sales plan.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company regulations.
