Job summary

ImpactBio is seeking an Entry-level Territory Sales Representative (3 days per week) in Louisville, KY to promote Pivya® for Alembic Therapeutics. No pharmaceutical experience is required; coaching and a proven sales model help you break into pharma with a clear path to full-time roles.

You’ll gain field-based experience on a national product launch, learning a structured sales process, building provider relationships, and advancing to higher responsibilities as you perform.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B, pharma preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya to healthcare providers in assigned territory.
• Learn and apply a structured sales process.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Provide field updates and insights to leadership.
• Maintain compliance with regulations.
