Job summary

ImpactBio in Birmingham, AL is hiring an Entry Level Territory Sales Representative to launch Pivya® in partnership with Alembic Therapeutics. No prior pharmaceutical sales experience is required; you will receive training, coaching, and mentorship while calling on healthcare providers to build a long-term career in pharma.

This full-time role includes comprehensive benefits, a structured training program, field coaching, and the opportunity to contribute to a major U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics (sales experience helpful; B2B, pharma, outside sales)
• Proven work ethic and accountability.
• Coachability and responsiveness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Apply training and coaching consistently in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with company and industry regulations.
