Job summary

Syneos Health in partnership with a large Biopharmaceutical company seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to build relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts in the Emporia, VA area. You will execute territory plans, deliver product presentations, analyze market trends, manage the territory budget, and leverage AI-driven insights to improve engagement and outcomes.

BA/BS required; 2+ years pharma sales or internship; strong communication, analytics, and digital skills;

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; life sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or internship.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
• Strong communication, analytics and account management skills.
• Strong digital acumen with interest in AI technologies to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed targeted sales goals in assigned territory.
• Develop and execute an integrated territory business plan.
• Deliver product presentations to physicians and health professionals.
• Plan activities for regular territory coverage and efficient scheduling.
