Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Pharmacy Sales Representative (PSR) to cover the Petersburg, VA territory. The role focuses on meeting or exceeding sales targets by implementing a strategic territory plan, engaging physicians, and delivering product-focused presentations to healthcare professionals.

You will build deep product and competitor knowledge while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and drive business results.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; life sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
• Strong communication, analytics, and account management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new digital technologies, including AI.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing a territory business plan.
