Job summary

Syneos Health is recruiting a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to drive territory growth by developing an integrated business plan, engaging physicians, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. You will deliver product presentations, analyze market trends, and leverage digital tools to personalize interactions with healthcare professionals.

Cardiovascular experience is a plus, with opportunities to advance in a rapidly evolving biopharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required or Life Sciences preferred.
Business to business sales experience or internship experience and/or pharmaceutical experience.
Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
Proven track record of exceeding results and working independently or in a team.
Strong communication, analytics and account management skills.
Comfort with digital engagement and AI-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing a territory business plan.
Identify key influencers and interact with top target customers.
Plan activities for regular territory coverage and execution of an action plan.
Deliver brand specific presentations to physicians and health care professionals.
Understand the health care delivery system and physician hierarchy in assigned accounts.
Develop product and market knowledge and monitor local trends.
Collaborate with sales, brand teams and support partners to enhance customer experience.
Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Utilize AI-driven insights and digital tools to personalize interactions.
