Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or internship.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
• Strong digital acumen with interest in AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed territory sales goals by executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and interact with top target customers.
• Plan activities for regular territory coverage.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Understand healthcare delivery system and physician hierarchy.
• Develop deep product and competitor knowledge and local market trends.
• Collaborate with sales, brand team, and partners to enhance customer experience.
• Manage territory budget for sales/marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute brand strategy in assigned area.
• Participate in training programs.
• Leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools for HCP interactions.
• Adapt to AI/automation tools to improve productivity and outcomes.
• Maintain adherence to corporate policies.
