Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR) to join a fast-paced, client-focused team in the United States. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers, execute territory plans, and deliver clinical brand presentations to drive product adoption.

Ideal candidates hold a BA/BS, have 2+ years of pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience, and demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• Business to business sales experience or internship experience and/or sales degree or 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Ability to identify key decision makers, develop relationships and influence prescribing habits.
• Ability to learn, communicate products and disease states.
• Proven track record of success in exceeding results.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
• Identify key influencers and achieve customer interaction expectations with top target customers.
• Plan and organize activities for regular coverage of the territory.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Develop understanding of healthcare delivery systems and key personnel.
• Collaborate with sales teams and brand partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
