Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to cover a defined territory from League City, TX. You will join a nationwide sales team, promoting products to physicians and healthcare professionals and building strong customer relationships to influence prescribing decisions.

Requirements include 2+ years in pharmaceutical or related sales, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Must live within territory or territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance loyalty.
• Utilize defined selling model to maximize commitment on every call and drive territory engagement.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult and influence customers.
• Customize discussions with physicians based on their needs.
