Syneos Health in Baytown, TX is seeking a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join a nationwide sales team. You will develop and manage an assigned territory, promoting client products to physicians and healthcare professionals to positively influence prescribing decisions.

The role requires 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales or related B2B experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel including overnights/weekends.

Qualificações

• 2 years’ pharmaceutical sales or related B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Must live within territory or territory boundaries.

Responsabilidades

• Promote client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory and develop a territory business plan.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance loyalty and brand awareness.
• Utilize selling model to secure maximum commitment from customers on each call to drive engagement.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to tailor discussions based on physician needs.
