Job summary

Innovativ Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to manage physician accounts in the local territory, promoting our portfolio and building trusted relationships through service and knowledge.

This entry-level or experienced role focuses on account planning, physician engagement, CME training, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product adoption and long-term growth. You will work with hospitals and clinics, coordinate promotions, monitor performance, and uphold

Qualifications

• Field-based sales role; requires valid drivers license.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to differentiate yourself in the marketplace.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; self-starter.
• Experience in account management or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and promotion of pharmaceutical products in local territory.
• Drive pull-through and raise awareness of product portfolio with physicians.
• Build strategic relationships with practices, hospitals, and clinics to foster long-term professional relationships.
• Develop strategies, marketing initiatives, and sales programs for scope.
• Plan and organize sales calls to optimize territory performance.
• Maintain product knowledge and report market trends to management.
• Complete industry sales training and CME to stay up to date on products.
• Review contract performance and adjust actions to grow market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pull-through strategies.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
