Job summary

Innovativ Pharma is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to manage physician accounts and promote products across primary care and specialty settings. The role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and compliant, results-driven territory management.

The position is suitable for entry-level or experienced professionals with strong communication and organizational skills, driving performance in a field-based role within the United States.

Qualifications

• Strong sales aptitude and customer relationship skills.
• Valid driver’s license for field work.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to differentiate yourself in the marketplace.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities; self-starter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and promotion of pharmaceutical products within the local territory.
• Drive pull-through and build awareness of product portfolio with physicians.
• Build strategic relationships with practices, hospitals, and clinics for long-term partnerships.
• Develop territory strategies, campaigns and sales programs as applicable.
• Plan and organize sales calls to optimize performance and territory coverage.
• Maintain knowledge of products, market trends, and regulatory changes and report insights.
• Complete required industry training and CME to stay current on products.
