Job summary

Ecolab Life Sciences is seeking an Associate Account Manager for Pharma & Personal Care to develop growth plans, deliver cleaning and sanitizing solutions, and present integrated plant programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes business development and operational excellence, including GMP knowledge and global regulatory awareness, with potential international opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering, chemistry, biology or related field.
• Willing to travel 50% of the time.
• 2 years of experience selling into Pharmaceutical and/or Personal Care industries.
• Clean In Place knowledge and process optimization experience.
• Proven sales track record.
• Valid driver’s license and MV record (2 years).
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic growth plans for new and existing customers.
• Deliver programs and product-based solutions for cleaning and sanitizing with a value-based approach.
• Prepare and present total plant solutions for products, processes, and program changes.
• Manage execution plans with key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Build professional networks to establish or maintain business.
• Maintain active membership with trade associations.
• Evaluate customer operations to identify efficiencies related to time, cost, safety, and quality.
• Provide GMP-related cleaning and validation expertise.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/ISO regulations.
• Collaborate on site process documentation and cross-functional reporting.
