Ecolab Life Sciences is seeking an Account Manager - Personal Care in the United States to develop strategic growth plans and deliver innovative cleaning and sanitizing solutions for customers worldwide.

You will assess customer operations, provide GMP-related expertise, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program execution while ensuring FDA and ISO compliance. This role offers a dynamic, global environment and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree in engineering, chemistry, biology or related.
2 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical or Personal Care manufacturing or Brewing/Fermentation.
CIP/COP operational experience.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic growth plans for new and existing customers.
Deliver programs and product-based solutions for cleaning and sanitizing.
Prepare and present total plant solutions using value-based approach.
Manage multi-faceted execution plans with stakeholders.
Maintain professional networks and industry associations.
Evaluate customer plant operations for efficiencies related to time, cost, safety, and quality.
Provide GMP-related cleaning process and validation expertise.
Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO and applicable regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document procedures and reports.
