Job summary

Ecolab, Pharmaceutical & Personal Care is seeking a Sales Effectiveness Associate to grow our pharma life science solutions within a defined territory and manage a portfolio of smaller sites. You will identify opportunities, collaborate with account managers, and drive CRM-enabled sales initiatives while engaging customers virtually and in person.

Travel up to 50% is expected as you expand product penetration, deliver targeted campaigns, and support the sales organization through partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 2 years of lead-generation or sales-development experience, ideally in pharma.
• Flexibility to travel up to ~50% of time.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate opportunities within the territory.
• Manage an existing book of small revenue sites and grow penetration.
• Organize and drive sales initiatives in key markets with Account Manager teams.
• Engage customers via social media, emails, and events to expand pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotional campaigns for Pharma solutions.
• Support CRM adoption and sales enablement with operations.
