Ecolab Life Sciences is hiring an Account Manager to own and grow strategic customer relationships across pharmaceutical, biotech, vaccine, personal care, and health & beauty manufacturing. You will blend consultative selling, technical know-how, and program execution to deliver cleaning, sanitization, disinfection, and contamination control solutions that improve quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or Personal Care manufacturing or Brewing/Fermentation
Clean In Place / Clean Out of Place (CIP/COP) experience
Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic growth plans for new and existing customers
Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and document activity in CRM
Achieve objectives for revenue growth, retention, and total value delivered
Build relationships with site-level stakeholders and procurement partners
Travel throughout the assigned geography to support customer needs and implementation activities
Provide value-based recommendations for total plant programs
Coordinate implementation plans with customer and internal teams
