Roche is seeking a PHCS Partnering Director to drive strategic partnerships with global pharma partners, focusing on biomarker and diagnostic support in personalized medicine. You will manage accounts, align cross-functional teams, and lead multi-partner collaboration efforts across Roche Diagnostics’ PHCS portfolio.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in partnerships and companion diagnostics, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel 25–50% of the time.

Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in business, marketing, sales, or clinical fields with emphasis on strategic partnerships and companion diagnostics in pathology space.
Proven track record forging long-term partnerships and negotiating pre- and post-contract activities.
Experience assessing companion diagnostic opportunities for strategic fit and conducting market assessments.

Responsabilités

Identify and develop global opportunities for personalized healthcare product development for domestic and international customers.
Collaborate with lifecycle leadership and legal to negotiate Master and Project Collaboration Governing Agreements with pharma partners.
Negotiate and execute Project Schedules aligning Roche's and partner's financial requirements for pathology lab service offerings.
Lead negotiations and execution of legal agreements including Material Transfer, Confidentiality, Scope Change, and Project Amendments.
Ensure cross-business alignment across PHCS partnerships including Core Lab and Molecular Lab collaborations across oncology, neurology, and general medicine.
