Job summary

Roche Diagnostics is seeking a PHCS Pharma Partnering Director to drive opportunities in personalized healthcare by identifying and managing strategic partnerships with global pharmaceutical partners. The role requires 8–10 years in partnership-focused roles within pharma/diagnostics, strong leadership, and travel up to 25–50%.

Qualifications

8-10 years in business, marketing, sales or clinical fields with emphasis on strategic partnerships and companion diagnostics
Experience assessing companion diagnostic opportunities for strategic fit with corporate plans
Experience in pre-contract negotiations and post-contract alliance management

Responsibilities

Identify and develop global opportunities for personalized healthcare product development
Collaborate with lifecycle leadership to negotiate Master and Project Collaboration agreements
Negotiate and execute Project Schedules aligning Roche and partner financial requirements
Lead negotiations of key legal agreements including MTAs, CDAs, Scope Change Agreements, and Project Amendments
Ensure cross-business alignment across PHCS partnerships including Core Lab and Molecular Lab collaborations in oncology, neurology, and general medicine
Support commercialization and execution of agreements across regional affiliates
Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of opportunities from existing and new partnerships
Monitor work to promote a 'Quality First Time' approach
