Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related clinical field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales and/or clinical field.
• Excellent oral and written communication capable of engaging senior executives and other audiences.
• Broad awareness of the Diagnostics, Biotech, and/or Pharmaceuticals Industry.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills with internal decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain relationships with RDC pharma partners and management.
• Engage with global PHCS BD lifecyle teams to advance US partnerships.
• Collaborate to develop proposals for commercialization services for pharma collaborations.
• Drive successful close of partnership deals and transition to alliance manager.
• Facilitate communications across Roche teams globally through development and contracting processes.
• Stay abreast of trends in US diagnostics and therapy development.
