Responsibilities

Identify and develop global opportunities for personalized healthcare product development.
Collaborate with lifecycle leadership and legal to negotiate Master and Project Collaboration Governing Agreements.
Lead negotiations and execution of key legal agreements including Material Transfer and Confidentiality Agreements.
Ensure cross‑business alignment across PHCS partnerships in core lab and molecular lab collaborations.
