The Opportunity The PHCS Pharma Partnering Director plays a crucial role in evaluating, identifying, and managing strategic partnerships with global pharmaceutical partners seeking biomarker and diagnostic support in their personalized medicine development processes. As a key member of Roche Diagnostics' PHCS partnering group, this position is accountable for account and relationship management for multiple partners, ensuring cross-functional alignment and driving revenue growth for the PHCS lifecycle.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field required. Master of Business Administration or other advanced degree preferred
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in business, marketing, sales, or clinical fields, with a strong emphasis on strategic partnerships and companion diagnostics in the pathology space. Proven track record in achieving both company and individual goals through forging long-term effective partnerships, including pre-contract negotiations and post-contract alliance management. Experience with assessing companion diagnostic opportunities for strategic fit with corporate plans and conducting market assessments.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Tucson-Off Campus (Remote) is $159,400 - $227,700.
Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
