Job summary

Roche Diagnostics’ PHCS Partnering group seeks a seasoned PHCS Pharma Partnering Director to evaluate, identify, and manage strategic partnerships with global pharmaceutical partners seeking biomarker and diagnostic support. You will own account and relationship management for multiple partners, driving revenue growth and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

Identify global opportunities for personalized healthcare product development.
Negotiate Master and Project Collaboration Governing Agreements with pharma partners.
Lead negotiations of legal agreements including MTAs and CDAs.
Ensure cross-business alignment across PHCS partnerships.
Support commercialization and execution of agreements across regional affiliates.
Maintain a robust pipeline of partnerships and growth opportunities.
Monitor work to ensure quality and a 'Quality First Time' approach.
