Roche seeks a PHCS Pharma Partnering Director to lead global partnerships across oncology, neurology, and general medicine, driving revenue growth within the PHCS lifecycle. You will identify opportunities, negotiate Master and Project Collaboration Governing Agreements, and align cross-functional teams to execute strategic collaborations.

This field-based role requires 8–10 years in partnerships or diagnostics, with travel up to 25–50%. A Life Sciences degree is required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in business, marketing, sales, or clinical fields with emphasis on strategic partnerships and companion diagnostics in the pathology space.
• Proven track record in forging long-term partnerships, including pre- and post-contract alliance management.
• Experience assessing companion diagnostic opportunities for strategic fit with corporate plans and market assessments.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop global opportunities for personalized healthcare product development for domestic and international customers.
• Negotiate Master and Project Collaboration Governing Agreements with pharma partners.
• Negotiate and execute Project Schedules to align Roche and partner financial requirements.
• Lead negotiations and execution of key legal agreements (Material Transfer Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Scope Change Agreements, Project Amendments).
• Ensure cross-business alignment across PHCS partnerships including Core Lab and Molecular Lab collaborations.
• Support commercialization efforts and agreements across regional affiliates for worldwide decentralized testing.
• Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of opportunities from partnerships and scouting new pharma partners.
• Monitor work to ensure quality and promote a 'Quality First Time' approach.
