Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate data, systems, and pricing readiness, ensuring compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction across cross-functional teams.

This role emphasizes data integrity, regulatory readiness, and collaboration with IT, regulatory, and commercial partners to optimize supply chain performance and create value for customers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience may be considered with substantial experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration
• Experience with regulated pharma environments and serialized/specialty supply models is preferred
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization, inventory and partner operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and be escalation point for issues
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models
• Act as SME for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions
• Cultivate relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing to enhance engagement
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP interfaces, pricing and government programs
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Legal and external partners
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks and provide updates to PMO and leadership
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 readiness
