Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market, ensuring compliant service delivery and reliable supply.

You will coordinate master data, systems interfaces, pricing, government programs, and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical customer operations and regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, EDI/API interfaces, and serialization.
• Proven cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup and billing.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support new business models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, pricing, and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Regulatory, Finance, and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans and maintain risks, decisions, dependencies, and escalation paths.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation.
