Job summary

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, performance reviews, changeover management, and sustaining a culture of safety and compliance across the line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; sciences or engineering preferred.
• Two years of manufacturing or related experience required; supervisor experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar manufacturing systems.
• Working knowledge of safety, quality systems and cGMPs.

Responsibilities

• Safety: promote a zero-incident culture and ensure EHS compliance.
• People: deploy team effectively and provide training; conduct performance reviews.
• Operational: coordinate shift activities to meet production schedule; smooth handovers.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and issue management.
• Performance: manage cycle time and changeover improvements.
• Development: provide training and growth opportunities for direct reports.
• Operational Excellence (OpEx): participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Waste management: generate and manage non-hazardous and hazardous waste per SOPs.
