Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences or engineering required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality systems, and cGMPs.

Responsibilities

• Safety is the top priority on the floor, promoting a zero-incident culture.
• Lead daily deployment of the team and ensure production schedule adherence.
• Coordinate shift activities to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation.
