Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP; working knowledge of cGMPs.

Responsibilities

• Safety: promote zero incidents and ensure EHS compliance.
• People: deploy team, train, conduct reviews, and manage attendance.
• Operational: coordinate shift activities to meet production schedules.
• Compliance: ensure regulatory compliance and conduct line clearance checks.
• Performance: manage cycle times and changeovers, drive improvements.
• Development: mentor staff with training and growth plans.
• Operation Excellence: participate in process improvements.
• Waste: manage non-hazardous and hazardous waste per procedures.
