Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, audit-ready operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a supervisory team to ensure safe, compliant manufacturing operations.
• Align with site leadership and production schedules; manage staffing and task assignments.
• Oversee batch documentation review and GMP records; ensure data integrity and traceability.
• Investigate events, deviations, CAPA, and change controls to support release and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and training across shifts; uphold audit readiness.
