Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in a scientific/technical field, 6+ years’ experience, and prior supervisory experience; cell therapy and MES experience are preferred. Daytime shifts apply, with onboarding to Cambridge/Leiden facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/engineering discipline
• 6+ years of experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Prior cell therapy and aseptic manufacturing experience preferred
• Prior POMS MES experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations.
• Assign work to shift personnel based on production schedules.
• Oversee cGMP manufacturing activities and equipment handling.
• Execute and witness batch record instructions for compliant documentation.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to support operations.
• Maintain audit-ready fermentation and manufacturing environment.
