Qualifications

• Experience with cell therapy and aseptic manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a supervisory team for day-to-day manufacturing operations.
• Align with site leadership to provide departmental and technical leadership.
• Oversee cGMP activities including equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and records.
• Participate in investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and inspection readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure audit-ready facilities.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive actions to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Mentor and evaluate team members; foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure training compliance and documentation standards.
