Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or engineering discipline.
• Typically requires 10+ years of experience in direct people supervision in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership experience managing supervisors and manufacturing teams.
• Experience with cell therapy and aseptic manufacturing.
• POMS MES experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a supervisory team with accountability and strong execution.
• Direct activities of the group through staffing, prioritization, and task assignment.
• Align with site leadership to provide departmental and technical leadership.
• Serve as project leader for departmental and interdisciplinary projects.
• Oversee cGMP manufacturing activities including equipment setup, operation and cleaning.
• Review and approve batch documentation and GMP records.
• Provide on-the-floor batch record review and escalations as needed.
• Participate in investigations, CAPAs, and change controls to support objectives.
• Identify and drive continuous improvements in department and site processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support validation, readiness, investigations, and objectives.
