Job summary

The US Commercialization Learning team at Eclaro is seeking a talented training professional to own product and disease training for the US Business Unit, with primary focus on MS and schizophrenia for field teams. This Learning Lead will design, develop, and execute training assets for new hires, brand updates, selling skills, launches, and field readiness meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years of Pharmaceutical Sales Representative experience.
• Demonstrated curriculum design and understanding of adult learning principles including previous experience leading workshops.
• Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proven performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement learning objectives, strategies, and tactics.
• Industry experience with schizophrenia and multiple sclerosis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with training colleagues, Sales, Operations, Marketing leadership, and preceptors to implement performance-based training.
• Strategic planning and development of a comprehensive sales training curriculum for classes, POAs and meetings.
• Coordinate across matrix teams to ensure training materials meet goals of Sales and Marketing.
• Ensure training resources meet regulatory, legal and compliance requirements.
• Deliver a curriculum covering selling skills, clinical disease state knowledge, and analytics.
• Work with external vendors and internal personnel to design and execute training programs.
• Assess training effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick model.
• Leverage the Learning Experience Platform to deliver engaging learning across modalities.
• Engage the WW Centre of Excellence to share assets.
