Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical training environment is mandatory.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales environment with exposure to training is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
• Familiar with traditional and modern training processes and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and manage training for pharmaceutical clients across projects.
• Facilitate live or virtual training sessions focused on product knowledge and selling skills.
• Support the evaluation, creation, and implementation of training initiatives through content design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage training materials through review processes.
• On-board, coach, and develop field trainers and sales leadership based on competencies.
