Job summary

ECLARO seeks a Learning and Development Senior Learning Lead for US Neuropsychiatry in Lawrence Township, NJ. You will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training assets for onboarding, brand updates, selling skills, and product launches within a complex matrix environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Legal, and Compliance to ensure training meets regulatory and business goals, leveraging the LXP for engaging learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's/Doctorate preferred.
• 4–5 years of Pharmaceutical Sales Representative experience.
• Experience designing adult-learning programs and leading workshops.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a matrix organization.
• Analytical skills to translate data into learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing leaders to implement standardized training.
• Develop a comprehensive sales training curriculum for national/regional meetings.
• Align training materials with Sales, Marketing goals, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver a curriculum across eLearning, live, and virtual formats.
• Partner with external vendors and internal teams to execute programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using established models.
