Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Learning and Development professional to design, develop, and implement training materials for current and future pharmaceutical products. You will lead advanced learning programs, collaborate across Sales, Marketing, HR, and Tech, and manage onboarding to accelerate field competency.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma sales training with 6+ years in a national training environment, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales; 6+ years in national sales training with curriculum development.
• Pharmaceutical training experience mandatory.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Travel 50% based on training needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement training materials for current and future products.
• Identify and implement advanced learning programs to improve field team effectiveness and account management.
