Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Sr. Training Manager to develop, deliver, and manage training for pharmaceutical clients across the lifecycle of projects.

This role requires deep disease-state and market knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex content to learners through live or virtual sessions. You will create and maintain training materials, lead cross-functional collaboration, and support project teams with meticulous program management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical training environment is mandatory.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales with training exposure is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multi-component programs from concept to completion.
• Product launch experience or major indication launches is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training materials for pharmaceutical clients.
• Facilitate live or virtual training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Support project management with detailed plans and tracking.
• Create dynamic learning materials and job aids for programs.
• Coach field trainers and sales reps for competency development.
• Support sales teams with training at national and regional meetings.
• Maintain LMS and portal platforms and manage timelines.
