Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech commercial roles with 4+ years in learning or training.
• Experience launching products, especially oncology or specialty pharma.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial strategies into targeted training programs.
• Develop curricula on product knowledge, disease states, customer engagement, and selling skills.
• Oversee end-to-end project management, vendor coordination, and delivery of virtual and in-person training.
• Measure learning impact and optimize programs.
