Job summary

Hims is seeking a Maintenance Tech II, Compounding Facilities to support the Operations Engineering & Maintenance team in the Pharmacy labs. You will perform predictive and preventive maintenance on lab equipment, troubleshoot issues, document data, and ensure safety and compliance with quality standards.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance or engineering, and proficiency with PLC/CMMS; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery without supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project Management.
• Experience with predictive/preventive maintenance charts.

Responsibilities

• Provide predictive/preventive maintenance on Lab Equipment such as tablet presses, blenders, mills, hoods, coaters, air compressors, electrical controls.
• Document maintenance data on charts and records.
• Diagnose and repair equipment including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Identify facilities issues and propose predictive maintenance strategies.
• Coordinate repairs with production to minimize downtime.
