Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Facilities Technician 2 - Sterile to support the Operations Engineering & Maintenance team in Mesa, AZ. You will perform predictive/preventive maintenance on lab equipment, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain sterile lab environments to meet quality standards.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance/engineering, knowledge of PLC and CMMS systems, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of industry experience in maintenance or engineering.
• Knowledge of PLC systems and CMMS systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery without supervision.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide predictive/preventive maintenance on lab equipment and facilities.
• Document maintenance data and charts.
• Repair and troubleshoot lab and facility equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC components.
• Coordinate with QA and regulatory teams to maintain documentation.
