Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy for the unified FuzeRx brand. You will manage inventory controls, investigate discrepancies, and improve accuracy in complex operations to protect financial performance and patient safety.

You will lead cycle counts, reconciliations, and reporting, develop SOPs, and partner with multiple teams to strengthen controls across pharmacy operations. Strong WMS experience and SQL/BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience managing inventory in pharmacy or healthcare supply chains.
• Proficiency with WMS (Tecsys) and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including counts and reconciliations.
• Analyze inventory data to reduce write-offs, shrink, and excess stock.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine and disposition.
• Monitor accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks and trends.
• Support DSCSA requirements and product traceability.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Ops, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Eng.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory teams with clear performance measures.
• Support audits, new locations, and system implementations.
