Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy for the unified FuzeRx brand. You will turn data into practical process improvements, investigate discrepancies, and strengthen inventory controls across pharmacy operations.

You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and lead a team while ensuring regulatory and patient-safety considerations are met. This role requires deep experience with inventory systems in healthcare and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, operations, or business administration.
• Experience with WMS, preferably Tecsys, in pharmacy or healthcare environments.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Strong analytical skills with root-cause analysis using transactional data and process docs.
• Knowledge of inventory control methods, aging, loss prevention, and SOP development.
• Experience with ERP/Inventory systems (SQL-based tools, Looker/Power BI, NetSuite).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage inventory control programs across pharmacy operations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce write-offs and shrink.
• Standardize receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, and disposition processes.
• Monitor accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations, and KPIs.
• Develop dashboards and reports to highlight risks and trends.
• Support DSCSA requirements and product traceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls.
• Create SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve systems and automate controls and reports.
• Lead and train inventory staff and measure performance.
• Support audits, new locations, and system implementations.
